Sol y Mar is a detached villa with its own private pool and gardens, situated in a quiet exclusive residental area with on street parking . It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people comfortably, with full air conditioning in every room and free Wifi. There is full UK TV with all movies and sports channels. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a large fully fitted modern kitchen with a separate spacious lounge area that leads out to the patio and pool area. Upstairs accomodation is owned by the owners and will not be occupied during your holiday. The gardener comes in twice a week to look after the garden and pool.
The Burriana Beach is only 2 minutes drive away or 10 minutes walk where there is plenty of water sports activities, childrens play areas and a huge selection of restaurants, which all stay open until late at night and a variety of shops.
Balcón de Europa is a promenade completely pedestrianised that is in the very centre of Nerja town and it is lined with cafés, restaurants and ice cream parlours. In the summer months is a hive of activity and during different times of the year it is also the location for various concerts and ‘fiestas’ throughout the year. It is only 15 minutes walk from our house less than a 5 minute drive. There are a huge variety of restaurants and shops to see and try as you make your way to the Balcon de Europa on an evening if you wish to go there.

Soly Mar has a large patio area with plenty of space to relax.The swimming pool is surrounded by railings and 2 gates which you can lock to protect your children from gaining access when you don’t want them too.
There is plenty of room to sunbathe at the pool or on the very large patio area away from the pool . You can eat Al fresco too . There are gardens all around the property, with a clothes line for your convenience on the side of the house.
The property is secure and you will have keys to the two entrance gates. The gardener comes in twice a week to look after the garden and pool.
