It's time to plan your stay in Sol Y Mar. Every room has air conditioning .
The prices includes bed linen plus house towels and pool towels. Please only use the pool towels at the pool and beach. The pool will be maintained throughout your stay. The minimum stay is a week .
There is air conditioning in every room and we ask that you do not leave it on all day and do not leave it on when you are not in the house. This could incur an extra cost. WiFi is free. Full cable TV with Sky Movies and Sky Sports and other movie channels and sports channels.
If you are staying for 2 weeks or more, new bed linen will be dropped once a week.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €350 is required.(This will be required 1 week prior to your holiday) This will be refunded within 7 days of you returning home subject to a status report from our agents in Nerja. This is to cover any damage, breakage or loss to the house and contents or excessive cleaning costs.

GREEN dates mean the villa is available,
ORANGE is a changeover day so it means the house will be available from 3.30pm
and PINK dates are booked.
There is limited availability to rent during the winter months.
